Users of this platform must understand and comply with the following basic terms.

  • Players must be at least 21 years old. If pp968 finds that anyone under 21 is using the platform, that account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance will not be refunded.

Account Registration and Verification

2.1 Providing Accurate Information

Players must fill in their correct name, date of birth, and contact details accurately and completely during registration. If incorrect information is submitted, pp968 has the right to close that account.

2.2 Account Security

Players are responsible for keeping their own account login credentials secure. pp968 is not liable for any losses or disputes arising from allowing a third party to access your account.

2.3 KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

pp968 may request a copy of a player's national ID or proof of address at any time to verify their identity. If these cannot be provided, the account may be temporarily restricted and withdrawals may be suspended.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposits

Deposit methods available at pp968 include KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks and deposits can be made at any time.

  • Players may only deposit from their own registered account. Third-party funds are not accepted.
  • If a deposit is unsuccessful, players can contact [email protected] for assistance.
  • All deposit amounts must be in the currency displayed on the platform (MMK).

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

  • Withdrawals can only be directed to the player's own registered bank or mobile banking account.
  • Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirement for any bonus amount has been met (see Section 5).
  • Transfer delays may depend on banking and technical conditions, so pp968 cannot guarantee 100% on-time delivery.
  • Withdrawals from accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be suspended.

Fair Play Policy

pp968 is committed to fair play for all players. Game systems have passed certified testing for random outcomes.

  • No player is permitted to play using software bots, computer scripts, AI tools or any other automated tool.
  • Any winnings obtained by deliberately exploiting a game technical error or software bug will be voided and the account may be closed.
  • Players must not treat other players in an abusive or disruptive manner.
  • If any fraudulent financial activity is detected, pp968 reserves the right to close the account without prior notice.

Bonus and Wagering Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

pp968 offers a 100% welcome bonus on your first deposit — up to 500,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount, meaning the bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until you have placed bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount.

Example —

  • If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 20,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 40,000 Ks. Wagering requirement = 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks must be reached before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • If you deposit 1,020,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 500,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 1,520,000 Ks. Wagering requirement = 500,000 Ks × 10 = 5,000,000 Ks must be reached before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Winnings can only be withdrawn from a player's account once the wagering requirement for each bonus has been fully met.
  • pp968's system will automatically apply the bonus only after real money (non-bonus funds) has been used up.
  • Each bonus is available once per player. Attempting to claim a bonus using duplicate accounts will be treated as a violation.
  • pp968 reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers without prior notice.

VIP Levels and Cashback Policy

The pp968 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Players can move up through the tiers based on their playing activity.

  • Bronze: weekly cashback of up to 0.3%
  • Silver: weekly cashback of up to 0.7%
  • Gold: weekly cashback of up to 1.0%

Cashback will be credited directly to the player's account and standard wagering requirements do not apply. However, a minimum balance of 30,000 Ks must be reached before a cashback withdrawal can be requested. VIP tier changes are reviewed regularly by pp968 and may be adjusted without prior notice to the player.

Personal Data and SSL Security

Before taking action to close an account, pp968 will attempt to contact the player; however, in disputed cases, immediate action may be taken without prior notice.

If pp968 determines it is reasonable to do so, any remaining balance will be returned to the player without bonuses.

Service Breach and Limitation of Liability

pp968 aims for the platform to be available at all times, but temporary interruptions may occur due to technical issues, server maintenance periods, or heavy internet traffic. pp968 is not responsible for any losses that occur during those periods.

Players' betting decisions are decisions made by the players themselves, and pp968 cannot be held responsible for financial losses arising from betting decisions without discussion.

Dispute Resolution
